Why GoZiffy exists
AI strategy can become abstract very quickly. GoZiffy approaches it from the opposite direction: start with a real workflow, map the actors and incentives, understand the technical surface, identify risk and permissions, then build enough of the idea to expose whether the thesis holds together.
The first flagship product, PartnerLab, applies that operating model to platform partnerships. It asks how an AI platform and another company might create reciprocal value, what an integration would require, where trust can break down and how a design-partner launch could reduce uncertainty.
What we study
Current research focuses on AI-native platform partnerships, agentic workflows, APIs and authentication, enterprise context, digital commerce, developer ecosystems, product-led distribution and go-to-market design. The common thread is practical leverage: where software can reduce meaningful friction or create a new interaction model.
How the work is different
GoZiffy is not designed as a news aggregation site or a collection of generic AI summaries. Research pages separate documented platform capabilities from independent interpretation. Interactive tools are designed to make assumptions visible. Methodology pages explain how frameworks work. Where outside technical claims are material, the preference is to cite primary documentation.
The site is also intentionally built as a public operating portfolio. A strong strategy artifact should communicate market understanding, product judgment, technical fluency, commercial reasoning and the ability to ship. GoZiffy is structured so those capabilities are demonstrated through the work itself rather than asserted in a list of skills.
About Jon Zifcak
GoZiffy was created by Jon Zifcak. His background spans technology products, startups, partnerships and enterprise-facing work across AI, real estate, financial services and digital assets. He has worked across product management, business development, market analysis, customer experience and commercialization, including founding technology ventures and supporting startup ecosystems.
That cross-functional background shapes GoZiffy’s point of view: product strategy and partnership strategy are often the same problem viewed from different sides. A commercially attractive partnership that cannot be implemented safely is weak. A technically elegant integration that does not change an important user outcome is also weak. The strongest opportunities align product, technology, trust and incentives at the same time.
Editorial independence
GoZiffy is independent. Unless explicitly stated, companies discussed in research are not affiliated with, endorsing, sponsoring or participating in the analysis. Hypothetical concepts are labeled as such, and simulator outputs are analytical devices rather than company ratings, forecasts or investment recommendations.
